Creatives invest a great deal of time, energy, and resources to stay relevant and deliver excellence. They spend years acquiring knowledge, adapting to new trends, improving their skills, and purchasing high-quality equipment. All these efforts are not just to produce stunning images, but also to offer an outstanding service and memorable customer experience.

Yet, many clients still hold on to the mindset that the rate they paid a creative at the beginning of their career should remain the same, even years later.
